| Richard Campanaro learned
effective leadership skills very early in his life when he was a decorated Vietnam Veteran
of the US Army. His energy served his business career very successfully. As an executive
level corporate leader, he was able to direct the efforts of over 150 sales and marketing
personnel, responsible for $100 million in sales revenue, and directed the marketing
strategy of a major consumer products company. He was appointed to this huge
responsibility at the young age of 29 years old. Richard became an
entrepreneur and launched a business out of the bedroom of his home. He quickly grew the
business to $15 million in sales, employed 40 people, and became recognized as a leader in
the field of sales organizations.
Richard relied on
his "street smart" qualities to grow other businesses as a trainer, consultant,
